As Italian I’m a bread lover and I like to bake my own loaf for breakfast.
There are several good bread shops in Okayama, but I like to buy mine at Boulangerie Petit pain.
Here Italian Chef Raffaele bake a delicious variety in shape and flavor from sweet to salty for every taste.
There is even an unsalty loaf called “Toscano”. This is a typical bread you can find in the Tuscany region and is one of my favorite choices.
Christmas season cakes are also available, but hurry up as Pandoro e Panettone will sold out soon!
